You can securely register up to 99 Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit cards per Thanks Again account. You can only register a card once.
Yes. Thanks Again is integrated with the Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card networks and is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store card numbers, but rather tokenize the last 4 digits of the card for your security.
If you register a credit card that already earns miles, points, or cash back, the points that you earn via Thanks Again will be awarded in addition to the rewards that you earn from the credit card.
You can use any Visa, MasterCard or American Express card that is accepted by the participating merchant; provided the card is not also registered in another loyalty or rewards program that Thanks Again administers or participates in.

Registered cards must be used at participating merchants as credit card transactions, not PIN or ATM based transactions, to qualify for rewards.

No. Once you have registered your credit or debit card, you will receive points automatically. There is no need to notify the cashier that you are a member.

No, only transactional data that allows the participating merchant to calculate your reward is passed to the Thanks Again. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
No. We do not provide retroactive credit for transactions that occurred prior to your enrollment.
Thanks Again members who pay for their purchase(s) at a participating merchant with any registered credit or debit card are eligible to receive Thanks Again Points

NOTE: If you are paying with a registered debit or check card, be sure to use it as a credit card at checkout. Registered cards must be used at participating merchants as credit card transactions, not PIN or ATM based transactions, to qualify for rewards.

If you have a name, address or credit card number change, it is your responsibility to notify Thanks Again so that we can continue to post your points.

You earn Thanks Again Points by using any enrolled VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit card when you shop, park or dine at participating Thanks Again locations. The earn rate varies from location and can change without prior notice. Please check the app or www.thanksagain.com for current earn rates.
Using a registered Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit card, members earn 1 Thanks Again point for every $1 spent on a qualifying transaction. The redemption rate varies depending on the type of reward selected at redemption. Please access the Thanks Again app or website to view the redemption catalog.
You redeem Thanks Again Points by clicking the "Redeem" button within our website or app.
You can redeem your Thanks Again Points for airline miles, hotel points, a reloadable Thanks Again Prepaid Visa card*, ACH, statement credits toward your Visa or MasterCard or other types of rewards such as credit toward prepaid airport parking or airport lounge access**.

*Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access. Card terms, conditions and 24 month expiration apply.

You may check your profile information by logging into your account via the Thanks Again app or www.thanksagain.com. If you need further help accessing or updating your profile information, please contact Customer Service.
If you enrolled after April 1, 2016, your username is your email address. If you enrolled prior to April 1, 2016, please contact Customer Service.
For security reasons, Thanks Again Customer Service does not have access to your password and we will never ask you to provide your password. To re-set your password, go to the member login and click “Forgot Password.” If you have forgotten your Username, please contact Customer Service.
Access your account via the Thanks Again app or at www.thanksagain.com then go to Card Wallet to update your card information.
