Marc has a long history in finance and business dating back to his many years as a New York City investment and corporate banker, however, he has always had a dream of entrepreneurship.
Living out that dream, Marc is the proud co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thanks Again, LLC. In this role, he has led the brand to become the only global airport coalition CRM, CEM and Passenger Engagement platform with a presence in more than 100 airports worldwide.
His dedicated efforts are enhancing the overall travel experience for consumers while encouraging more purchasing behavior. Marc oversees a committed team of professionals that are working toward the goal of extending the Thanks Again program to every global corner. This venture includes expanding horizontally to other airports and vertically to other enclosed multi-owner retail concepts like shopping malls, sports arenas and other high traffic public venues.
Marc earned his BA in Finance from Morehouse College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Edmund D. Puckhaber is the co-founder of the travel rewards program, Thanks Again which launched in 2006. In this role he oversees the company’s technology platform and serves as President.
Ed spent the first seven years of his career in corporate banking, giving him a substantial amount of experience in the financial industry. He served as assistant vice president at Wachovia Bank from 1994-1998, and vice president at ABN-AMRO Bank from 1998-2001. In these positions, he advised Fortune 500 companies on financial strategies and banking products.
His strong skills in marketing strategy, strategic planning, and business strategy has aided his operational, technical, and financial expertise into spearheading two start-up ventures, one being Thanks Again, LLC.
Ed earned a BA in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Jay Ellis brings to the table over 13 years of experience in retail and corporate banking with expertise in strategic client management and senior leadership roles including developing and managing progressive multi-level sales forces. Currently, Jay is managing the global expansion of the rapidly growing airport division of Thanks Again.
In this role, he is responsible for managing both the growth of the global airport coalition and the expansion of the new Thanks Again 2.0 mobile application, dashboard and engagement program.
Jay earned a BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco and is a veteran of the United States Army. He proudly served as an Artilleryman during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm with 3rd Armored Division from Hanau, Germany. His service is highly decorated having received three army commendation and three army achievement medals.
Eric Gilkesson is responsible for strategic direction of Thanks Again LLC’s partnerships with travel reward programs, card-issuing banks and key merchant clients. Such partnerships are aligned with the top three international payment card networks that are integrated into Thanks Again’s leading cross-border loyalty and consumer engagement platform that makes travel more rewarding for frequent travelers globally.
Prior to joining Thanks Again in 2007, Eric held leadership positions in corporate banking (Wachovia), management consulting (A.T. Kearney), internal consulting/auditing (Georgia Pacific) and government financial management (Georgia Environmental Finance Authority).
Eric holds a B.A. in Banking and Finance from Morehouse College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Ken Taylor is a seasoned strategic, financial and operations executive with more than 30 years of successful leadership experience. Such experience includes both domestic, international, private and public-owned companies at various stages including start-up, rapid growth and maturity. Ken is experienced in LBO’s, IPO’s, liquidity events, joint ventures, strategic alliances and all phases of mergers and acquisitions.
In his current role at Thanks Again, Ken is responsible for Corporate Strategy and Development, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR and Administration. Before joining Thanks Again, Ken held similar positions with successful consumer-facing, technology-based high growth companies, including 20 years with InComm (the pioneer and leader of the prepaid and gift card retail mall industry) and Scientific Games (the founder and leader of the modern day lottery industry).
Ken graduated from Illinois State University with a BA in Accounting and Business and later earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University.
Sheraun Britton-Parris is an award-winning marketing professional with 14 years of progressive expertise creating, launching and building brands across diverse product categories including beauty, consumer packaged goods and financial services. As Thanks Again's Senior Vice President of Marketing, she is responsible for leading all marketing strategy, communications and media relations in order to drive awareness and demand of the company’s card-linked loyalty and consumer engagement platform.
Prior to her role at Thanks Again, Sheraun was a Group Vice President leading marketing at SunTrust’s corporate and investment bank and was also a Vice President of Marketing and PR within its asset management division. In her role within SunTrust’s asset management group, she help the firm win 22 industry awards in three years.
Sheraun launched her marketing career in 2001, managing, launching and building brands for global marketing powerhouses L’Oréal and Unilever. She has 20 years of business experience.
Sheraun earned a BA in Economics from Hampton University and an MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
